When you place an order, you’ll get:

  • An order confirmation from us.

  • A shipping confirmation from Sendle along with a tracking number that you can use to track their arrival time. You’ll receive this within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Rates

  • $6.50 (AUD) flat rate for anywhere in Australia

  • $15 (AUD) flat rate for anywhere else (please note that Nomad Skin Pty Ltd is not liable for any custom duties)

  • Free shipping for orders of $80 or more (or whenever we’re offering free shipping - we’ll let you know at the top of the home page when we are)

Delivery Timeframes

  • 2-5 business days for anywhere in Victoria and South Australia

  • 3-9 business days for anywhere else in Australia

  • 14-20 days for international shipping
